The Essential Vision

Essential Flooring was founded in 2005 by Mark Hodges. It focuses on the supply and installation of quality products from all over the world. Our strategy is to do the best possible job for our customers at competitive prices and grow the business through repeat custom and recommendations.

As a fitter for over 30 years Mark recognises the art of making carpets or flooring look and perform to their maximum. This has helped when hand picking his experienced team of fitters.  We guarantee all of our installations for extra piece of mind to our customers.

We specialise in design flooring such as Amtico and Karndean, solid/engineered wood flooring including hand finished bespoke timber floors, herringbone parquet, all types of subfloor preparation, and carpets such as runners, body and border, and conventional fit. We also supply top end carpets such as Jacaranda and Crucial Trading.

Along with our top end ranges we also offer more budget ranges.
